Examples of Full Flake Systems include a Ultra chipped coating system. This coating system involves the application of a standard or moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat followed by up to two color coats. Polyvinyl acetate (PVA) media is “broadcast” in varying densities from “medium spread” through “full chip” into the epoxy color coat and two clear coats (Ultra) are subsequently applied.
