Partial Broadcast Systems – Premium

Examples of Partial Flake Systems include a Deluxe and Premium chipped coating systems. These coating systems involve the application of a standard or moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat followed by up to two color coats. Depending upon the coating system selected, polyvinyl acetate (PVA) media is “broadcast” in varying densities from “medium spread” into the epoxy color coat and no clear coat (Deluxe) or one clear coat (Premium) are subsequently applied.
